Assistant to Jeff Jarboe. Also managed database called Q&A. I had a talent for working in the database and pulling information the company needed for mailings, etc. Also planned meetings and events for the sales people once a year.

I assisted the Trainer for newly tested Real Estate candidates to become agents. I made sure all the training material for the classes were copied and ready for classes. Managed the database of agents as to when they attended training. Tracked Continuing Ed hours for the Agents. Assisted wherever needed. Also worked the Switchboard along with other duties.
