I have been in the insurance industry since 2015, and I love it. I began my career in the Intact auto claims department as a telephone adjuster and then moved to the commercial underwriting department, where I worked my way up to a level 2 underwriter position. I recently followed my heart back to claims and am currently working for Claimspro as an independent adjuster. Prior to working in the insurance industry, I have always worked in customer service rolls. I am passionate about customer service and do everything in my power to ensure that anyone I am assisting gets the very best service available. I completed my CIP designation in October 2021, and I intend to work on my Risk Management next. I am looking forward to many new experiences and opportunities in the coming year.
