In this role, I work with senior executives and staff from across the agency to build strong collaborative networks of stakeholders focused on ensuring a pipeline of aerospace professionals that have the right skills to meet the challenges of the aerospace industry of the 21st century. I am spearheading agency efforts to collaborate closely with key partners to inspire a passion for aerospace in diverse populations - including youth, women and minorities - and provide them with clear pathways to aerospace careers.

My team and I focused on encouraging and enabling a culture of innovation at the FAA. We did this through a variety of different means, including running an internal ideation platform (IdeaHub), conducting innovative problem solving workshops, hosting shark tank and other engaging events, and constantly looking for ways to engage employees in making improvements at the FAA.

I spent 20 years in the FAA’s Office of International Affairs, where I held a variety of positions, including Desk Officer for Russia and the CIS and Manager for the Europe/Africa/MidEast Staff. I also led agency international efforts as the Program Manager for the Global Leadership Initiative where I focused on bringing together stakeholders from around the FAA to collaborate on the FAA’s international strategy and programs.
