I have 20+ years working in the event industry delivering 5* customer service. I have a strong technical theatre background and have worked on multiply events and festivals in both Front of House and Stage Management roles. More recently I have worked as a programmer and first point of contact for incoming companies/conferences and weddings. I have worked with companies from initial point of contact through the whole process - contract negotiations etc right through to show delivery.I am currently working as the Visitor Services Manager for the DCA with a large team across three customer service areas.
