Manage an on campus laboratory school that operates 12 months a year, five days a week. The program provides child care to students, employees and the community. Work with the faculty of the Early Care and Education Department and Community Education to coordinate student activities in the program. Supervise 25 employees and provide care to 70 children in 6 classrooms. Utilize the Creative Curriculum for Early Care and Education and complete child assessments quarterly using the Gold Assessment System by Teaching Strategies, Inc.

Teach early childhood and education courses for the college and supervise one or two adjunct instructors each semester. Recruit students and maintain data on early childhood and education students in the program. Particpate on college committees as assigned by the Provost and President of the College.

Taught early childhood and education classes at WNMU and supervised the implementation of the Training and Technical Assistance Program for child care programs in southwestern New Mexico. Participated in the Early Childhood Education Higher Educatiion Committee for New Mexico.

Taught courses in the Child Development and Family Relationships Department while the department sought faculty with a terminal degreee

Taught early childhood and education classes including administration and CDA courses.
