• Evaluate new build sites and/or existing locations to determine their suitability, complete a design proposal and prepare budget cost estimate for use in the internal approval process.
• Prepare tender package and invite contractors, review and analyze bid submission, issue letter of award and prepare contracts.
• Ensure timely communication of project plans to ensure all parties are informed of development progress, key deliverable dates to ensure that all changes and development plans operate on the established timelines.
• Provide consultation around value engineering options for project budgeting.
