Facilitate and Co-facilitate CST training workshops for Enterprise and SMB, as well as community workshops for EDU (virtually) and soon in person. Besides training I took discovery calls for schools to understand their business needs through background research and initial conversations which helped me identify and align training content for them. I do administrative work to assist my managers with Dynamics 365 to book those trainings and maintaining the schedules. MIE certified as well, and ability to create content for trainings.
