--Manages processes and strategies, including systematic management of end-to-end processes, leading documentation efforts. Guides structure, documentation, review, and maintenance of data and SharePoint 2010.--Implemented reporting system for KPIs regarding the documentation, review, and maintenance of standard operating procedure. This role develops corporate knowledge management strategy, identified techniques to facilitate knowledge implementation, and provides transfer and maintenance of knowledge within the organizational environment. --Developed and implement collaborative tools to facilitate sharing of best practices, ideas, and work among internal teams and external partners such as global conferences, meetings, SharePoint workspaces, and use of Lync 2010 for videoconferencing.--Developed MOSS SharePoint site to manage all existing credit documentation, including the creation of a user manual, as well as department-wide hands on training of personnel.--Developed an Audit checklist for conducting credit appraisals. The checklist was later adopted by the ERP system Siebel and is now used as the activities baseline for all of Credit.Reduced Exposure $9.2M in 2012 through appropriate analysis of terms, credit limits, and securities.--Completed 69% of the team’s total portfolio of credit appraisals due in 2012-- Completed 73% of the team’s total portfolio of credit appraisals due in 2011-- Achieved 100% completion of appraisals due by individual in all years 2006-2012.-- Extensive financial analysis of both private and public companies, focusing on liquidity, leverage, profitability, efficiency, and cash flow.-- Developed credit process and procedure templates for global implementation.
