Monitored the budgeted cost of work scheduled, Project Financial Reporting, forecasts EACs and Variance at Completion, audits monthly GC payment applications, interest accruals and prepares phase driven acquisition reimbursement packages to Los Angeles World Airport.

For the Los Angeles World Airport Renovation Project: Monitor the Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled for the $1.67 Billion Midfield Satellite Concourse North Project budget which is part of the multi-billion dollar modernization program underway at Los Angeles World Airports. Job scope includes: preparing detailed computer generated cost reports to reflect forecasted EACs and Variance at Completion, charts and diagrams, providing analysis and review of the earned value and maintaining cost control reports, promptly reporting anticipated cost overages or other unsatisfactory cost elements, maintaining liaison with Data Processing in developing support for network calculations, printouts and cost reports, and other cost related services.

Maintenance & Capital Planning (MCP) group in Residential and Dining Enterprises. Maintain construction project financial records, consolidated and detailed project tracking documents, Project variance analysis, Reconciliation of budget vs commitments vs actuals, Review of expenditure statements & commitments by funding source. Design and perform ad hoc analyses; develop and maintain complex data models, perform sensitivity analysis, analyze large complex data sets, and reconcile complex accounts. Preparation of monthly and year end accrual journals, Construct and assemble data for budgeting, forecasting, and decision making.

Los Angeles World Airport Renovation Project Review and analyze consultant / contractor invoices and prepares job costing reports to allocate these expenditures against the appropriate WBS numbers. Ensure that both commitments and expenditures follow the same allocation methodology for staff augmentation contracts. Review task orders for consultant/contractors and sub-consultants to ensure necessary project budget and/or contract capacity exists. Provides input back to Contract Administration, Project Controls, Budget Managers and Project Managers. Analyze bid award values against current budget and prepare reconciliations to include in the current forecast at completion.

Specific duties included setting up & facilitating a sale and use tax localization program, monitoring appropriated funding vs. commitments and assisting internal team with contractor GMP compliance.4/2008-4/2011: For the Jacobs Oakland office (MEP Design Team), prepared monthly dashboard reports that reflected EACs and Variance at Completion, prepared subcontractor change orders, analysis/reviewof earned value and tracked project staff utilization against backlog for over 100 projects.

Prepared Monthly Project status & Cost Reports which included information such as the budget, costs-to-date, and invoicing for each project on a task level. Audit labor and expenses incurred on projects with project managers monthly; perform labor adjustments and journal entries as required. Calculate deferred revenues. Cash application.
