This role was responsible for the Human Resources function of Mill Park, National Sales and Business Development and the New Zealand Operation. This was a true generalist Human Resourcers role and predominately a business partner role working with various General Managers, Departmental Managers, Line Managers, Field Sales Teams and Supervisors. Some of my achievements in this role include: - Implementation and Roll out of National Performance Management Program.- Care Take of OHS, Workers Comp and Injury Management role whilst educating managers and supervisor of safety responsibilities. - Coaching National Sales Managers and supervisors on Performance Management. - Negotiated the Mill Park site EBA. - Implementation of Front Line Management Training. - Roll out of new employment contracts in New Zealand.- Two National Sales & Marketing Restructures (Including numerous redundancies)- Implementation of Sales Reward & Recognition Program- Unlawful Industrial Action- Successfully migrated the NZ team into the National Sales & Business Development team, including aligning company wide HR practices.- National Remuneration Review- Mill Park – Change Management Process- In May 2008, I was awarded with the Employee of the Month AwardThis was a challenging role given the Golden Circle business was in turnaround mode. The focus for the Golden Circle business was to improve profitability, work processes, productivity and market share.
