The focus for the Golden Circle business was to improve profitability, work processes, productivity and market share. As this was a start up role i was responsible for the implementation of HR policies and procedures.Additional duties in this role included, Regional training throughout NSW, Occupational Health & Safety, Workers Compensation, Return to Work Co-ordination and Industrial Relations.In March 2005 I was offered by the owners of the business to work in Singapore with two sister properties to implement and roll out numerous training and development programs for the hotel staff. This was a unique opportunity to further develop my professional HR skills and have international exposure.
