My key outputs include creative and tactical briefs for creative teams as well as communication frameworks, talent search results, survey analyses, personas, consumer journeys and trend reports. Aside from key outputs for our creative teams, I also ensure that there is buy in from our client executives through persuasive presentations.I've successfully created strategies for our Stop & Shop client, one in particular is our digital Instacart strategy currently implemented in our social and digital channels. I've also created internal trend newsletters for our BFG Goodrich client as well as great research and strategy for Amazon, Meta, Amway and Zappos in-person and digital experiences.I'm a member of our DE&I council aiding in virtual events and information sharing within the agency.
