Continuing my Account Executive role from Pacific Western Bank at Banc of California, post-merger.

I am responsible for transferring and concurring loan data across multiple platforms used to manage and update loan portfolios. Platforms currently utilized include BeB, BankBO, ACBS by FIS, and our in-house software CAM.Manage the preliminary and finalization process for day-to-day and monthly bank (Portfolio Management Division) reconciliation of incoming and outgoing payments: - The day-to-day process requires collecting data across multiple sources, migrating correct data into specified location, and finally reconciling incoming/outgoing transactions after totals have been calculated. To finalize the reconciliation, all transactions must be properly linked with the correct Bundle ID and incoming/outgoing transaction amount. - The monthly process requires meticulous attention to detail and knowledge of how all of the systems work in conjunction. It is required that all balances in our sheet must zero out monthly.Manage loan account balances of which I have processed over $120MM in a multitude of different transaction types: - Transactions conducted include: loan account transactions, balance category transactions, and accrual schedule transactions all of which include 15+ transaction codes ranging from limit decreases to changing late fee percentages. - Apply amendments or modifications to loans including but not limited to: changing fee/accrual schedules, rate changes, maturity/expiration dates, shareholders/investors, account balances, rollovers/renewals, investors, loan sale, etc.Previous portfolio included 1 loan facility composed of 7 underlying loan accounts valued at 94.5MM with my portfolio expected to grow.Assisting loan officers, credit administration, enterprise data management or accounting with additional tasks.

Appointed as a key member of the Inspector Training Program at the USDA in the Spring of ’19 after only 2 months of working at the Agency. In this capacity, I was a member of a large cross-functional and highly collaborative team, focused on the successful creation, execution, and delivery of cutting edge training technology and content that enables USDA Inspectors to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in their appointed positions. - Duties included: updating, editing, and reviewing documents or lectures, allocating resources (human and financial) to efficiently complete projects, and delivering requisite training to Inspectors.Also tasked with being the receptionist of the office and making sure incoming/outgoing mail is correct, answering phone calls, setting appointments, and email communications.Created and edited content, ran logistics, and project accounting for two key departmental training initiatives - “Fundamentals of Market Inspection Training” and “Produce Safety University” for FY2019. - Over 2,000 contractors and USDA employees participated in these programs before my departure with participation continuing afterwards. - Total production budget of $200,000/project (excluding salary expense)Basic government clearance valid until 2024.Finished certificate training for Blackboard Learn Administration.
