During my tenure with Lile, I was part of a 3 person HR team. Lile had 9 locations across Oregon & Washington with 300-400 employees. Acting as the HR rep for Oregon and Tacoma, I assisted management teams in reducing turn-over and establishing best practices and processes. I also encouraged more engagement with our crews to maintain positive rapport. Full-cycle payroll for hourly and salaried employees; filing appropriate Federal and State taxes. Compensation: Analyzes pay structure for branch locations. Coaching management on consistency in rate and base offers.  Social Media: Building recruiting presence with concentration on Facebook. Currently exploring Instagram, Twitter, Glassdoor and LinkedIn Other Responsibilities: Writing policies, updating handbooks, ensuring company is current on all paperwork, posters, etc. Processing unemployment claims and appeals when necessary.

In my Office Administrative role, I completed daily deposits, Accounts Payable, and daily payroll. As the Catering Manager I developed menus for clients as well as coordinated events held at the location, which included creating contracts, ordering equipment, setting up tables and AV, scheduling staff, and client relations. As the Restaurant Assistant Manager I was in charge of managing the floor and the employees, specifically during peak business hours. I also conducted employee reviews, maintained employee files, conducted interviews, trained and developed staff.

I worked in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World at the Entrance. My main area was renting out strollers, however I also worked in other retail shops. It was a great experience that helped me develop my customer service skills.
