My role as Senior Business Analyst had me focusing on analytics and business intelligence across several disciplines within game development. I defined, collected and communicated key BI data to senior management and across functional teams as well as collaboration in strategic discussions on game, product and price design in weekly updates on live products.For Sharkmob's projects in development I have created and iterated on the overall P&L and have helped define and design the in-game telemetry needs and outputs to track relevant business metrics and KPI's. With the help of my colleagues I also prepare monthly financial reports on our projects, both live and in development, covering both financial performance and defined KPI's as well as qualitative parameters.

I joined Arjo ahead of the spin-off from the Getinge Group and was part of the carve-out process and introduction to OMX Stockholm. It was a great opportunity to learn a lot of new things and take part in shaping the future of Arjo by setting up a new treasury and finance function. My responsibilities included identifying, monitoring and managing financial risks (hedging), short term group financing and related legal aspects as well as reporting to internal and external stakeholders. I worked very closely with the group accounting team and CFO office to make sure that our hedging activities were fairly represented in quarterly and yearly financial statements and that internal and external risk positions were balanced in our accounting, both on entity and group level. Was selected as one of about twenty professionals globally to take part in a group wide talent development program spanning over a year. The program offered training in leadership, presentation skills, and management as well as deepened business understanding and networking. As part of the program I was tasked with a business development project with two other participants. Our conclusions were very well received.

I was responsible for setting up and managing the group treasury function of Axis Communications, then a publicly traded company, including recruitment and direct reporting staff. Within my mandate was, among other things, working capital management, cash management, bank relations and negotiations, daily market operations (forex and money market), cash flow analysis and customer credit limits. I was also involved in, and managed processes related to working capital management, capex/investments and financing. The treasury function continuously managed customer credit risk, cash flow forecasting and related controlling. Furthermore treasury was responsible for the financial net and financing of the Axis group globally. I also managed all financial investment activities for the group to safeguard and develop the cash position.Additionally, I supported the core business with treasury/financial expertise and was a trusted member in projects where I could add value such as customer financing, supply chain financing, and corporate credit cards.

System owner of treasury systems and responsible for valuations, stress testing and hedging activities. Measured risk and performance for SKF's Swedish pension fund and perform derivative valuation and analysis.

The role as Cash Manager had me highly engaged with liquidity planning and visibility for the SKF group. I managed bank relationships through continuous interaction with banks and internal stakeholders. Also managed the strategic approach to external service providers vis a vis internal needs and geographical footprint. Was also engaged in working capital initiatives and cash efficiency projects. Co-managed procurement processes and price negotiations on behalf of the SKF group. I also managed the senior executive stock option programme which meant giving advice to participants on tax implications, administration of exposures for the group and assisting participants on utilization of options.
