Designing case studies and team design topics for the European BEST Engineering Competition(EBEC) in cooperation with companies for the winning teams of 8 technical universities in Scandinavia.

The Board of European Students of Technology (BEST) is accountable for organizing and hosting various engineering competitions, international technical courses, and social activities for students across 96 universities in 33 countries in Europe.* Together with a team of six people we worked together to plan and execute an entire working year of our organisation.* I was responsible for the recruitement, integration and motivation of 20+ members and coordinator of different working groups and organisation of training sessions on soft skills* Joined an intensive 10 days training course on HR related soft skills in Nis, Serbia
