Traditional banking technologies provide a surface level analysis on accounts and transactions, but not enough to bring the potential of fraud/money-laundering to zero.- As the first startup hire and head of product for Solvent, I worked with the founding team to define the overall v1 product strategy over a suite of six different products, including the development of complex enterprise, SMB, and consumer apps (iOS and Android) that interfaced with multiple APIs. - Recruited and managed our engineering and design teams through daily standups, monthly engineering meetings, and ongoing product roadmap status updates with key stakeholders. - Leveraging Agile Methodologies and Lean Startup principles I led our company through production and testing of multiple MVPs then continued them through to release. - Worked with the founders to properly define and execute our strategic roadmap encompassing multiple products for our retail, enterprise, and regulatory customers.
