Reprobiol (www.reprobiol.be) is a spin-off from the Univeristy of Liège. It developed and commercializes Stimufol (R). Stimufol is a veterinary medicine used to induce superovulation.

In December 2019, X-RIS was acquired by NDTS in the context of a Management Buy Out.It is now fully owned by its employees.

X-RIS (www.xris.eu - X-Ray Imaging Solutions) was founded in 2010. The company develops and commercialises portable X-ray units, stationary X-ray systems and customised solutions.Its specificity is to offer global and complete solutions from the idea to on-site installation, certification and maintenance, often implementing home built generators and detectors.The company gained reknown for its user-friendly software Maestro and pragmatic solutions.Starting from the scratch the company has kept growing with a constant EBITDA of 30-35 %. In 2024, it has 40 employees for a turnover of 10+M€. 90 % of the employees and collaborators are shareholders.
