Deputy for the Joint Mission Management Element Texas responsible for augmenting combatant command’s collection management authorities on behalf of NSA/CSS. Oversees and trains a joint service branch comprised of 15+ personnel in collection management principles and processes. Responsible for integrating national and tactical signals intelligence collection requirements into combatant commands collection plans. Provides advisory collection tasks from national requirements to combatant command ISR assets. Conducts assessments of ISR assets and provides metrics to combatant commands and the SIGINT community. Provides knowledge on current collection management tools to include COUGAR, PRISM and COSMIC.

Served as the senior analyst for multiple mission sets providing expertise on target and network exploitation using known TTPs and appropriate tool suites. Oversaw and enabled the Brigade’s responsibility as Southern Command’s SIGINT Functional Lead ensuring SIGINT military to military agreements were compliant and supported our theater partners. Deputy for the Unmanned Systems SIGINT Exploitation Team (USSET) for the Operations Directorate, NSA/CSS Colorado. Led the daily unmanned systems (UxS) exploitation operations of multiple joint service crews working 24/7 in support of worldwide strategic, operational, and tactical military operations. Supervised and authored collection guidance for 60+ joint service personnel, contractors, and civilians.

Served as the Senior Reporter for the Space/Counterspace (SCS) Division for the Information and Intelligence Analysis Directorate, NSA/CSS Colorado. Responsible for the intelligence production of multiple branches consisting of 50+ joint service personnel, civilians, and contractors. Authored and implemented SCS product reporting Job Qualification Standards (JQS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Responsible for the Division’s Analytic Integrity and Standards program; implemented procedures to satisfy ODNI and NSA policies. Authored, edited, or released over 150+ national technical SIGINT products. Served as SCS Division’s primary mentor for analyst assigned to the Intelligence Analyst Development Program.

Served as the 1st Infantry Division SIGINT Officer in Charge (OIC) and deployed as the SIGINT OIC for Combined Joint Forces Land Component Command – Iraq (CJFLLC-I). Oversaw the production of all SIGINT products produced by 1st ID G2. Developed and prioritized ISR SIGINT collection requirements for 1st ID and CJFLLC-I J2. Supervised and mentored 20+ personnel on tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) SIGINT requirements supporting Operation Inherent Resolve. Managed the Division’s Intelligence Oversight program maintaining compliance with all U.S. law and policy.

Led, trained, and maintained five cryptologic teams to deploy and provide SIGINT collection support to combat elements in the CENTCOM/ARCENT theater of operations. Developed, facilitated, and certified 30+ Soldiers annually on STG and LLVI collection techniques and operations to CENTCOM requirements. Familiar with STG/LLVI collection equipment to include KINGFISH, STINGRAY, TYPHON, PRD-13, and DRT. Trained Soldiers on tactical requirements to include UH-60 load training, reflexive fire techniques, and convoy live fire operations.

Senior instructor, instructor supervisor, and course developer for the Basic Analysis and Reporting Course (BARC) for initial entry Soldiers. Developed, reviewed and updated SIGINT Geospatial Analysis (SGA) instructional material; annual throughput of 600+ students. Conducted instructor evaluations in accordance with Air Education and Training Wing guidelines. Lead facilitator and developer for a 120-hour Situational Training Exercise (STX) integrated into the Joint Intelligence Combat Training Center. Personally taught over 2,000 classroom hours on SGA analytics and Report writing.

DNI Analyst in the Target and Network Development and Analysis Division of NSA/CSS Texas. Processed and produced comprehensive and definitive descriptions of foreign targets utilizing several NSA databases. Exploited foreign target networks using NSA tools and databases to answer national intelligence needs. Supported all sections within the Operations Directorate allowing for serialized intelligence reports used by Combatant Commands and Intelligence Community members.
