Work closely with the HR team to effect a smooth on-boarding experience. Facilitate training sessions with new hires and experienced operators to introduce the ISO-9001 training process. Oversee internal audits to ensure sustained compliance of ISO and company processes. Work closely with the Safety Manager to observe daily safety practices, conduct monthly safety meetings and conduct quarterly safety committee meetings.
