Being a Group Operations Manager and an executive level manager is exactly what you'd think it is. I'm the colleague at work that everyone wants to know but nobody wants to be. If you want to get something done, you come to me - everyone knows that! Yet everyone I work with tell me they don't want my job because of the amount of personal time and effort that goes into being everyone's go-to.Luckily, I'm captivated with lean manufacturing and what it means to our employees and the bottom line which helps me stay organised and working at making everyone's life easier. I like to keep things simple and work to a philosophy of "Light, Love & Power" when it comes to staff. There aren't many things that can grow a company the way that trust and dependability can, and I pride myself in being dedicated to both. At the core I am a son, husband, father, and mentor helping people to make better decisions; a business leader striving to bring morality to the workplace; a thoughtful man learning to work through tough issues in his life. I am proud to say I am catholic, traditional conservative and a Freemason, however its important to understand it is not where we come from or what we do for a living, but rather what we aspire to be.
