Employing 450 production staff, and operating 24/7/365, the Riddle facility produces in excess of 1 million+ person-hours annually.- Served as leader of the Riddle Safety Team responsible for reducing annualinjuries and recordable incidents by over 50% during my tenure.- Tasked with leading the Mobile Equipment and Pedestrian Interface TaskTeam, which successfully created the standards and policies implementedcompany-wide 12 facilities with over 3500 employees).- Responsible to manage the facility's PPE needs and associated budget (inexcess of $500k per year).
