• Manage the current relationships with ticket donors in order to increase the likelihood of renewals; identify and cultivate new relationships with ticket providers for the purpose of receiving ticket donations; research and collect information on upcoming events, new attractions, exhibits and special events from online, print and social media outlets; inform the organization’s strategic expansion based on potential for perennial ticket donating organizations; • Maintain tracking of ticket donations in the organization’s Microsoft CRM; track communications with current and prospective ticket donors in CRM.• Develop a strategy for ticket procurement that is in line with the organization’s overall strategic plan; ensure that the strategy is in collaboration with, and complementary to, initiatives in agency relationships and development.

• Direct, manage and execute all facets of ticket processing including incoming individual and group orders for Johnstown Tomahawks, with strong emphasis placed on customer service and fan interaction.• Oversee and manage accounting, reconciling, and maintaining other financial aspects of the Ticket Office for both group and game day events.• Work with marketing and ticket sales to collect, analyze, and interpret data to create new sales leads and marketing strategies.• Coordinate and work closely with our Marketing department to facilitate all targeted ticket programs.• Oversee the training of all interns who will staff the Ticket Office.• Supervise and guide the intern staff on a daily basis.• Manage and resolve customer service needs involving ticketing issues.• Effectively and efficiently administer all Ticket Policies and Procedures.• Provide Executive Management with appropriate ticket reports; revenue and ticket counts.• Assist Accounting, as needed, in reporting of ticket revenues and related needs.• Oversee the processing of all credit card payments for ticket orders, sponsors, and suite clients.• Coordinate deposit collection with Brinks.• Other Ticket Operations duties as assigned.• Performing additional duties as assigned by General Manager and President.• Liaison with Ticketmaster “Company Representative” in determining enhancements and upgrades.• Create manifest, build events and manage inventory within the ticketing system for all Johnstown Tomahawks Events.
