As my resume indicates, I possess more than 30 years of progressive experience in the Logistics Management. Development of employee’s, coach, mentor and guide Associates performance. Utilize progressive coaching and counseling concepts according to policies and procedures to provide continuous feedback on performance, retention and improve employee relations. Participate in the employment process. Conduct accident investigation per company guidelines, document findings.
