As a SME in London Underground Trains operations and management at Transport for London (TfL), I am responsible for assessing and improving the processes, through new ways of working. Developing guidance on how to apply complex standards, and guidance in the real world to ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable service for our colleagues and customers. I have over 20 years of experience in the public transport sector, starting as a customer service assistant and progressing to various roles in London Underground operations, depot management, and network command. I have a track record of delivering operational staff management improvements, enhancing inter-area collaboration, and implementing innovative solutions that address the challenges and opportunities of modernising TfL's train operations. Some of my achievements include the assessment and redesign of a train stock logbook to a new format train. The creation of emergency service request prompt cards, and receiving multiple internal awards for making a difference to tthe business. I am passionate about developing and improving ways of working, to get the best from our people, to support a world class transport system for a world class city.
