CurrentFP&A Forecasting, Budgeting, and Modeling. Responsible for CMRRA and U.S. Subsidiaries side of SoundExchange, including monthly expense analysis, interest income modeling, depreciation & amortization schedule modeling, and Excel and Solver report utilization and creation. Led monthly expense meetings with department managers and prepared analysis and focused questions to optimize potential savings and identify spending risks. Helped create the expense budget for each department and led the meetings with the oversight of the SoundExchange VP of Finance and the President of CMRRA. Facilitated the distribution of reports directly to the SoundExchange CFO as well as SVPs.
