Christopher Arcitio is Of Counsel in Kaufman Dolowich LLP's New York City office and an Adjunct Professor with Cardozo Law School. At Kaufman Dolowich LLP, he focuses his practice on high exposure complex commercial litigation matters, professional liability matters, premises and commercial trucking liability matters, and insurance coverage and litigation. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice in the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York.He has been recognized as a 2021 and 2023 Rising Star with Super Lawyers New York, a 2023-2024 Fellow with the National Filipino American Lawyers Association's annual Leadership Academy, and the 2023-2024 Secretary for St. John's Law School Alumni Association Alumni of Color Chapter. In 2021, he received the first ever Young Alumni Award from St. John's Asian Pacific American Law Students Association ("APALSA"). In 2024, he was the Honoree for APALSA's annual Lunar New Year event.Christopher is the author of a published article entitled, “Unraveling the Inequitable Nature of the Model Minority: Asian-Americans Deserve Affirmative Action” in the Tennessee Journal of Race, Gender, and Social Justice. He received his undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Sociology from the University of San Diego.
