The NAPABA Law Foundation is a non-profit, charitable and educational affiliate of NAPABA, that is tax exempt under IRC Section 501(c)(3). In furtherance of its mission, the NAPABA Law Foundation:
- Provides financial assistance to law students and undergraduates who demonstrate academic excellence and a commitment to serve or contribute to the Asian Pacific American community as future leaders.
- Supports the development of internships and fellowships in the areas of public interest and community service relating to the Asian Pacific American community.
- Assists in the conducting of legal scholarship and education with respect to legal issues affecting the Asian Pacific American community.
- Develops and supports programs to educate the legal profession and Asian Pacific American communities about legal issues affecting those communities.
