My most extensive project. Took a company with equipment dating back to the early 1980s (dumb terminals, etc) and brought it to the modern age despite lack of corporate board approval, CEO only backed it. Also implemented efficient and professional documentation procedures (some client info was previously filed on cocktail napkins), implemented training procedures that made even the most special monkey into a qualified operator. Implemented and trained staff on modern marketing, client relations and customer relations. Increased income from a net revenue of -$10,000 annualy to a net of over 2,000,000 annually. The CEO succumbed to cancer and I moved on.
