As a service coordinator, I oversee the IT support tickets for our team members and clients, ensuring they are resolved quickly and effectively. I handle incoming calls and emails, assign and schedule technicians, monitor SLA adherence, and escalate critical incidents. I also maintain communication with clients, update contacts, document processes, and collaborate with team leads and service desk managers to deliver excellent service. Additionally, I assisted in the training of four other service coordinators, sharing my knowledge and best practices.
