In this role, I act as Member of Executive Leadership Team; overseeing all financial planning & analysis functions for 18 campuses, online division, and 1 law school. I supervise, mentor, and train team of 9 direct reports, provided ROI analysis and forecasting models for new initiatives. I developed budgets, financial forecasts, and operating plans. I conduct variance analysis, and deliver month-end close. Present financial data, KPI metrics, and commentary to Board of Trustees and Board of Directors. I delivered direct support to newly hired CFO; consulted on business, KPI metrics, and overall operational finance; supervised 2 direct reports.
