Mr. Boston provides graphic design support for the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), formerly known as the U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM), headquartered in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. DEVCOM is the Army’s technology leader and largest technology developer. Comprised of over 21,000 soldiers, civilians, and contractors, the command is home to over 50% of the Army’s scientists and engineers. DEVCOM ensures the dominance of Army capabilities by creating, integrating, and delivering technology-enabled solutions to our nation’s soldiers.Mr. Boston is a member of the Commander’s Action Group. He supports the Commanding General, BG John M. Cushing, and works with a team of designers, writers, and strategists to develop communication materials in alignment with the initiatives and priorities of the command, its higher headquarters, and the Army. Mr. Boston co-manages command-wide branding and has worked on a variety of projects including briefings, publications, conference displays, infographics, logo design, and challenge coins. He has been designated as the design lead for multiple high-visibility events including AUSA, HENAAC, BEYA, and DoD Lab Day. His work has been presented to many notable U.S. Military Officials including General John. M. Murray, former Commanding General of U.S. Army Futures Command, General Gustave F. Perna, former Commanding General of U.S. Army Materiel Command and General Raymond T. Odierno, former Chief of Staff of the Army.In addition to supporting DEVCOM, Mr. Boston frequently works with the four-star U.S. Army Futures Command.Mr. Boston independently determines and develops the creative approach to project solutions. He works closely with clients and vendors to manage projects from concept to completion.
