Folsom Cordova Community Partnership

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Folsom Cordova Community Partnership resource development department including Donor /Stakeholder relations, special event/fundraiser coordination, special camaigns/appeals, donor acqisition and management, social media, and the volunteer programs of the agency.Our mission is to enhance the education, health, and well-being of the children, youth and adults in our community. Our services include:Roots & Horizons Metoring- We Match community volunteers with children (ages 6-17) who have an incarcerated parent to build the child's self-esteem and trust in adults. Employment Services- Provides employment assistance to adults and youth in the community. Individuals receive job coaching, access to resume and skill building classes, up to date job posting information, and job placement assistance. The Family Resource Center- A walk-in Resource Center that hosts free parenting classes, workshops, support groups, intervention services, family fun nights etc, to build relationships and networks between local families and the community. Youth Services- Provides safe after school activities and other researched-based opportunities to build leadership, empathy, and critical thinking skills in youth ages 10-21. Safety Net Services- Provides one to one crisis assessment, community-based advocacy, referrals to community resources, and short term solution focused case management to resolve immediate crisis to those in need. Birth & Beyond Home Visitation- Is our award winning home visitation program that provides family support services to pregnant women and families providing information on nutrition, health, child development and links to community resources.
