Over the past ten years as a community-engaged practitioner and scholar, my clients have ranged from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to Wisconsin Public Television, to local community organizations. In each instance, I worked to identify and address systemic challenges and evaluate their efforts and programs' effectiveness. These professional experiences have consisted of identifying community needs, co-creating responses with community members, and conducting in-depth program evaluations. In addition, as a trained qualitative evaluator, I have measured various structures, conditions, and programming components for client organizations to create research-informed systems-level responses.
