I enjoy designing and delivering level 5 and level 7 lectures to mature students on part time professional management courses. While working with Engineering Physical Research Council (EPSRC) carried out an ethnographic study of NW aerospace SMEs which analysed agile management capability and sustainability. In collaboration with The North West Aerospace Alliance (NWAA) the project visited 12 SME companies in the NW. The work included a critique of lean and agile manufacturing practice and the use, suitability and importance of these paradigms in the aerospace sector.Also worked as lecturer for undergraduate programs: reliability engineering; project management; quality engineering; statistical analysis; maintenance engineering; organisational behaviour; and human resource management.
