These systems enable the company to recycle all of its agricultural plastics and generate new sheet plastic as well as all the polyethylene irrigation pipe used within the company. (5.4 million m² of plastic sheeting and 2.1 million m of pipe annually)· I have been responsible for the irrigation deign, including flow analysis, specification of pumps and piping. In 2018 I completed the South African Irrigation Institutes design course and finished as the top achieving student in the class.
