At certain points I have worked with up to 6 cohorts at any given time. I continue to support learners who have completed their bootcamps, which usually has my caseload sitting at around 150 learners at any given time.• Scheduling and running 30 hours of Careers Advice and Guidance sessions to meet contractual guided learning hours across the duration of the bootcamp. They include sessions on how to successfully develop a CV that focuses on transferable skills, interview techniques, how to set SMART goals, overcoming barriers, how to prepare for job interviews and portfolio presentations and pitches.• As well as working with the learners in group settings, I work with them on an individual basis. This would consist of mock interviews, application support, goal setting and general advice and guidance.• Gathering data on the learners’ progress to ensure that contractual needs are met and that I maintain a KPI of at least 80% of guided learning hours per candidate.• Assisting the candidates to develop tailored CVs that present their transferable skills.• Having an awareness of what would constitute a safeguarding issue and raising with the safeguarding lead when appropriate.
