•Hands on Manager of a team of 6 supporting the traders and sales traders for the whole London trading floor ensuring quick resolution of issues in a high-pressure environment• Regular appraisals of my team to ensure sufficient training and goals achieved• P & L Book maintenance and problem solving for over 100 traders in live trading environment• ADR processing including cross book maintenance and covering FX exposure• Full technical Fidessa support including Connectivity, Order, Execution and Position Keeping systems (FTW, EMMA, OMAR, FDA, PMAC and TMAR)• Managing/Maintaining control procedures including manipulation of transaction flow to resolve process issues• Good understanding of Corporate Actions and Dividends• Liaison with numerous internal functional groups, including Technology (Support and Development), Compliance, Corporate actions, Product Data, Dividends, Client data, Finance, Checking and Settlements to ensure 100% issue resolution• Successfully reviewing, testing and signing off of proposed enhancements to the Front Office/Fidessa infrastructure

• Supervisor for team of 4 “Crest Checking” to ensure minimum risk• Day to day support of UK Best Execution desk – Approximately 20 traders• Working closely between UK, European and Emerging markets settlements areas• Assisting Sequal/Market Match to ensure seamless European settlement• Monitoring Exception flow queues for UK, US, Hong Kong and Europe ensuring minimal breaks down stream• Direct Reconciliation with VIRT-X and SWX exchanges for trade reporting• Reconciling South African intercompany flow• Intra-day checking with London RSPQ brokers and dealing desks• Assisting Client Data (CDS) and Product Data areas (PDS)• Setting up and maintaining downstream books• Testing for system upgrades

• Solely responsible for the daily cash settlement of Cash ISA’s• Daily dividend processing• Daily account management with direct contact with clients• Solely responsible for Crest checking• Certificated stock settlement• Daily support for Equity dealing desk and clients• Daily Reconciliation of Equity depots

• Day to day support of UK Best Execution desk – Approximately 20 traders• Crest Checking daily to maintain 100% clear up rate• Assisting Sequal/Market Match checking when needed to maintain 100% clear up rate• Day to day liasing with UK, European, Scandinavian and Emerging markets brokers• Working closely between UK, European and Emerging markets settlements areas• Intra-day checking with London RSPQ brokers and dealing desks

• Solely responsible for Crest checking with 100% clear up rate• Day to day support of the whole London trading floor• Trade allocations and processing• Assisting corporate actions at a Crest level• Day to day support for UK and European clients
