I am an authority on the music and wider entertainment industry having spent more than a decade overseeing the creation of compelling content for clients and publications. As a content consultant I have undertaken a broad range of entertainment related projects for clients including Abbey Road Studios, Google, Stink Digital, Universal Music, Warner Music, music trade body the BPI and the British Video Association. Extensive journalism experience includes editor roles at Music Week and Home Entertainment Week. Among the very many trade titles I have contributed to are Audience, Billboard, Cue Entertainment, IQ, Festival, Music Ally, Musical America and Record of the Day.My work has also appeared in consumer press, such as Q magazine and Long Live Vinyl, and in broadsheets as far and wide as the UK’s Independent and Australia’s The Sunday Telegraph. Over the years I have had the pleasure of interviewing many of the music industry’s most influential executives, including Sony Music’s Clive Davis, Universal Music UK CEO David Joseph and Elektra Records founder Jac Holzman, along with an array of legendary artists and songwriters including Beck, Ray Davies, John Martyn, Iggy Pop and Brian Wilson.
