My role at REL has become ever more important as I continue to learn the business and the ways in which we supply our clients with an unbeatable service and great results. I am now the most senior member of the Client Coordinator team, and so I take it upon myself to ensure our service is of the highest level and also that of my colleagues. Acting as a support to the Account Managers means I need to have a in depth understanding of what our clients want and how to ensure this is achieved in the time scales agreed. Not only do I deal directly with our clients, but I also manage the field team. This has many challenges, but I have the necessary skills to deal with any issue or request in a quick and efficient manner.

We are now owned by the international Photon Group Ltd.As leaders at the forefront of the Field Marketing industry, we are the UK’s second largest FM Agency, leveraging international best practice & ideas from our sister Agencies across the world.We are a full service agency, providing appropriately skilled resources across the full range of disciplines, including merchandising, auditing, sales (B2B & B2C), promotions/demonstrations, mystery shopping, logistics & compliance.My primary responsibilities are managing the implamentation of promotions for Reckitt Benckiser within Tesco's and Morrisons. Throughout my day I am to maintain essential marketing data and graphics in order to assist my client in advertising their products in the most effective way possible. I am to maintain direct professional relationships with my all parties to ensure both REL and my accounts recieve the best quality of service. This is a very challenging, demanding and high pressured role which has allowed me to develop essential skills within the corporate world. I thrive at the challenge that is offered and hope to progress throughout the company in order to benefit REL and my career.

MotorolaIn my previous position, I was responsible for the implementing, promotion and demonstration of new Motorola products. I regularly visited the orange and phones4u store's throughout the UK, helping them to set their demo phones for store usage so new products were advertised and marketed effectively. This was a marketing driven role to help Motorola excel in the telecommunications industry, Effective time and self-management was key to hit the targets implemented by Motorola and an in depth product knowledge was a must.Our Field Team has been key to Motorola's drive in market share over the past few years, and it has been recognized both by REL, and Motorola themselves that our input was hugely significant in achieving this.
