My professional path includes time in higher education and a transition to the corporate sales environment. To achieve success in each area I have had to leverage my skills as a leader, effective communicator, and coalition builder. The formation of these skills began as an athlete in team sports and remained guideposts throughout my basketball journey and continue as such for my career pursuits.As an athlete, I led by example along with being a vocal leader; both of which culminated in team championship experiences.As a higher education professional, and leader of cross-functional teams, I executed strategic plans resulting in goal attainment.And as a sales leader, I have created and cultivated relationships which have advanced success for stakeholders, partners, and clients.Whether as an individual contributor or leader of a collective, I perform with passion, compassion, and a competitive spirit. An intentional approach that consistently aligns with organizational mission, and has yielded meaningful change, impactful growth, and demonstrated results.
