Currently serving full-time with Clarvida as Tennessee Director of Operations and part time with Fairview Housing’s Bristol Lifestyle Recovery. I leverage my experience and expertise in financial management, budget development and adherence, and program and contract development to provide essential support to the recovery treatment facility and its clients. Since assuming this role in November 2022, I have drawn upon my 1.5 years as an Account Executive, during which I cultivated new business opportunities and fostered robust relationships with stakeholders.Motivated by a fervent commitment to championing underserved populations in Northeast TN and Southwest VA, I have dedicated over 30 years to a career in the social services (Behavioral Health) sector. Within this realm, I have occupied diverse roles in therapeutic foster care and adoption, spanning from direct care to executive leadership. Throughout my journey, I have consistently demonstrated skills in servant leadership, team building, problem solving, communication, and public speaking. My unwavering enthusiasm for learning and growth fuels my desire to contribute to the betterment of the community.Most recently, I have successfully navigated the acquisition of contracts and credentialing for Behavioral Health entities seeking agreements with TennCare MCOs and licensing from Mental Health regulatory bodies.
