Managed construction crews, material suppliers, vendors, municipal building departments and homeowner clients. Provided detailed upscale designs and 3-dimensional views. Successfully sold business in 2022.

Served as a contributing board member to the Foundation. Provided labor and materials free of charge for multiple accessibility projects each year for needy families. Currently assist in managing construction projects for the HBF.

As Manager of Rockies Region, managed multi-branded lubricants and fuels distribution network of more than 250 independent marketers in a 12-state region of the Western United States. Grew annual sales to $60MM with a 15% average annual volume and margin growth rate in a flat market through target marketing and aggressive prospect management.

Instrumental leader on a four-member Conoco and Phillips Specialty Business merger team responsible for the development of operational plans, marketing and brand strategies, organization structures and financial plans. Identified $25MM in synergies through an exhaustive analysis of each business unit, and later captured through the execution of detailed merger start-up plans, exceeding the target by more than 50%.

As Manager of West Region Sales achieved market leading sales growth through effective management of a team of 10 sales professionals and a single brand lubricants marketer network. As Manager of Direct Sales, led effort to capture leading national market share in targeted commercial segments of natural gas gathering, mining, construction, aggregate and power generation through direct sales and marketing.
