Responsible for resourcing for the Severn Trent Water Framework.Strategically planning resourcing strategies across various sites on the AMP 5, Severn Trent Water Framework, day to day management of all temporary recruitment activity, Build and manage relationships within the business at all levels, Screen candidate CV’s, Interviewing, relationship building across the STW Framework, referencing and reporting.

Recruiting mainly engineering and manufacturing positions in Scunthorpe and the North, including ScotlandWorking closely and building relationships with mid to senior management and HR Business Partners and Managers, to drive the recruitment.Defining, owning and delivering against recruitment plansEstablish Resource Plans for each vacancyWorking closely with the business to understand requirements and recruitment needs (taking in-depth job briefings and building robust, consistent job specifications with agreed competencies and indicators)Screening, selecting and shortlisting candidates via the established methods focusing specifically on direct sourcing methods and where necessary via agencies (PSL)Lead the first stage competency interview with the managers and on occasion the second stage. Overhaul and manage the PSL of recruitment agencies in the UK, focussing on conversion rates, time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, identifying partnerships that could also work across mainland Europe
