I worked alongside a small team serving both internal and external customers. Taking telephone and counter orders. Stock management, order input, quality control, order return.

I worked on an inbound call unit taking calls from customers with general bill and account requests. I also took calls from customers who had been disconnected due to non payment. These calls had to be negotiated to attain payments wherever possible.

I worked alongside a large team managing customer service cases from a designated service area. Giving customers regular updates on the progress of their case. Discussing issues with dealers as well as the progress of any long term repairs. I was then promoted into a smaller team dealing with franchises given more independence with their customer service. I was tasked with coaching these dealers into making decisions regarding customer complaints, rejections and goodwill budget.

I worked with a small team on domestic and commercial fire and flood damaged properties, testing equipment for damage.
