Oversaw daily operations of a primarily outpatient orthopedic PT office while also treating a full patient caseload. Duties included managing twelve staff members, overseeing patient scheduling for four PT's, developing/maintaining staff work schedules and payroll timesheets, interviewing/hiring of new staff, conducting annual performance reviews of staff members, coordinating transportation of patients to/from office in courtesy van, and purchasing of office supplies.
