Responsibility for workers compensation, automobile, produce liability, toxic tort, construction, and general negligence claims and litigation filed against National Account clients handled out of Knoxville office. Caseload ranged from 250-300. Investigated, evaluated, and negotiated all claims on assignment. Maintained a minimum 100% monthly claims-closing ratio.

Responsible for maintenance of radar, navigation, sighting and fire control systems aboard F-16, F-15, F-111, and A-10 aircraft. Initial cadre for the F-16 aircraft deployment. Assigned as a trainer for aircraft transition at three bases. 56th TFW Airman of the Year award in 1981. Promoted to Staff Sergeant (E-5) in less three years in 1982. Awarded Master Technician designation in 1983. Awarded Air Force Commendation Medal in 1986 for work at 3242 ATMS Eglin AFB, Florida for participating in testing and development of new aircraft deployed weapon systems.
