Current• Supervisor of assembly lines 1 and 2. Ensuring every worker is learning accordingly and knows exactly what the day/week consists of. In addition, I am diligent about my co-worker's safety and wellbeing. Providing a safe work environment for all employees• The operator of a CNC AMADA AE 2510NT (Turret Punch Press)• The operator of a CNC DURMA PBF 30200 (PBF Press Brake “Bender”)• Ability to safely operate up to two turret presses at a consistent workflow preventing the employer from hiring additional hands. As well as fix any air pressure and/or errors that may come up during operation• Safely break down metal sheets ensuring myself and others do not get injuries due to airborne shrapnel. While also shaving down sharp edges, or picks preventing injuries in other departments as well• Load units/parts onto skids as well as ensure the load is stable, and undamaged for assembly; or shrink-wrap and label skids for shipping• Ability to be a one-man show as I consistently expand my knowledge to ensure I am suitable for any role at any time• Responsible for forklift checks, empty the metal scrap bin with the forklift as well as load new material for myself or others jobs• Always kept busy even on slower days. I either cleaned the workplace, organized inventory/workstations or assisted others in their duties; allowing myself to always be on the go• Experienced in verifying production logs or products in production• Assembled units in a timely fashion• Responsible for setting up operations• Inspected products for irregularities, imperfections or quality concerns• Maintained inventory• Experienced reading and understanding complex drawings
