CurrentResponsible for managing projects related to or requiring Network/IT integration and developing andimplementing associated engineering project milestones.Supported the completion of the next generation Range Mission Network project for Wallops Island,VA; which included the design and replacement of over 168+ pieces of Cisco network equipment.Developed, implemented and maintained new or existing IT applications or procedures to supportorganizational goals in alignment of agency/center wide initiatives while adhering to industryestablished practices and applicable government policies.Successfully completed the replacement of Range Mission Network infrastructure for Poker FlatResearch Range, AK; including the single-handed configuration and installation of over 27+ pieces ofCisco network equipment under strict timeline requirements.Created and maintained comprehensive technical documentation detailing the architecture andoperations of network/system assets; created detailed topology maps, boundary diagrams, data flowdrawings, master device lists, and records pertaining to used TCP/IP protocols.Conduct on-console Network/IT support for all activities related to launch operations conducted atWallops Flight Facility; provide immediate assistance with troubleshooting and resolving complicationsto achieve mission success.Manage over 200 Cisco routers/switches, 208 Windows Servers & Desktop PCs with a total of more than1600 endpoint devices across multiple locations and regions.Serve as an IT SME and advise on the implementation of beneficial new technology or practices.
