AT2 is Australia's busiest and most-used online casting system, accessed daily by hundreds of casting directors, talent agents and actors, models, extras and children.AT2 is currently used in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and South Africa to cast major commercial film, theatre and TV series production.

As Portal Coordinator for the University of Western Australia I was responsible for guiding and facilitating the uptake of the portal within the university community. I was required to assist with the implementation of the staff and student web portal through the identification of a governance framework and the development of management policies and guidelines.The MyUWA web portal was developed using BEA (Oracle) AquaLogic Interaction 6.5 with portlets being developed in-house. Various systems were integrated into the portal providing ‘dashboard’ reporting functionality for users, including systems such as WebCT, Callista (Student Management System), Student WebMail, and various Library systems.I was responsible for the development of marketing and communications plans for the portal launch and ongoing promotions, the creation of Development Guidelines governing technical and design specifications, Content Management Guidelines for various content managers across the University, provision of portal support and technical and functional guidance to the University developer community.

The National Native Title Tribunal contracted me as Project Manager to manage the design and development upgrade to their website and content management system. As a part of the final solution for the Tribunal MOSS 2007 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 were selected.The National Native Title Tribunal is a Federal Government Agency that is required to conform to accessibility, useability and AGLS metadata requirements. Therefore I was required to ensure that the new website development adhered to these requirements, as well as to the existing Corporate Brand Guidelines while considering the Cultural and Political sensitivities.

As Project Manager within Vivid Group it was my role to manage internet development and digital marketing projects. Within specified budgets I was required to undertake requirements analysis, document all aspects of the Project and coordinate with the production team for all design and development work.

I worked for Gruden for 9 months during my years leave from CBS IP. During this time I was required to manage a range of web development projects working very closely with the development and design team. Gruden’s partnership with PTG (Performance Technology Group) exposed me to the world of the psychology behind user interface design.

Having graduated from my Bachelor of IS degree, I commenced work with the Curtin Business School within the International Programs division. My role initially required me to develop ad hoc database applications for the management of student records and administrative resources. I was also required to liaise with Application IT Services to extract student enrolment and financial data from existing management systems for the creation of audit reports for the International Programs division.In the role of Systems Manager I worked with a small team of developers to introduce ColdFusion and to manage development of an Intranet environment, integrating a suite of in-house online applications including a Travel Management, Online Course Applications, Timesheet Tracking, Enrolment and Financial Reporting and Letter of Offer administrative processing.
