I have a specific interest in the fund of funds industry group and lead a roundtable discussion forum aimed specifically at Private Equity Fund of Funds. My tax focus includes fund and carried interest structuring and operation, partner and partnership taxation, fund and corporate tax compliance and advisory, and investment taxation. I have also gained wider experience in deal and transaction structuring, personal taxation, compensation and reward, and tax due diligence.I am a FATCA and Common Reporting Standard subject matter expert, providing technical and operational support to some of the world's largest asset managers. Having led the development of PwC's FATCA entity classification tool, both from a technical and client usability perspective, which is integral to more than 50 global organisations' FATCA and CRS operating procedures, I have continued to explore the way in which technology and digital tools can assist asset managers in managing opportunities and challenges.
